A Little About Me
I’m Monika — a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Herbalist, and Trauma-Informed Coach.
I’m also a survivor of emotional neglect, a highly sensitive woman, and someone who spent years looking for answers in all the wrong places — until I realised the root of it all lived in my nervous system.
Now, I hold space for other women to do what I didn’t think was possible:
Heal with softness. Live with clarity. And come home to themselves.
